Welcome to Bali, Indonesia! Upon arrival meet your driver for a transfer from the airport to our hotel where you will be greeted by our Broad Escapes Tour Manager. As most flights arrive in the evening, plan to check in and relax and unwind after a long flight.

Day 2 | Thursday, April 3 (B/D)
KUTA – UBUD
After a leisurely morning, we depart and make our way to the enchanting town of Ubud. Along the route, we’ll pause at the iconic Tanah Lot Temple, where the rhythmic waves dictate our chance to receive blessings from a Hindu priest during low tide. Later, we’ll unwind in Ubud and check in to our luxury 5* hotel, our home for the next 6 nights! Once settled, gather for a refreshing welcome drink and a delightful dinner, marking the beginning of our unforgettable Blissful Bali adventure.

Day 3 | Friday, April 4 (B/L/D)
UBUD
Explore the bustling markets of Ubud, selecting fresh ingredients for our hands-on cooking class, where you’ll learn to craft traditional dishes before indulging in a flavourful lunch. In the afternoon, immerse yourself in the spiritual practices of the island with a Balinese offering class. This evening, enjoy dinner and a mesmerizing Balinese dance performance, concluding a day rich in sensory delights and cultural discoveries.

Day 4 | Saturday, April 5 (B/L)
UBUD – CELUK – UBUD
Immerse yourself in the natural beauty of Bali’s countryside with a leisurely morning stroll through Ubud’s verdant rice fields. Then, experience profound relaxation at the Pyramids of Chi with a soul-nourishing sound healing session. Afterward, we’ll visit the silver smith village of Celuk, with time to shop followed by a visit to the Naga Sanga Amurwabhumi Museum, rounding off a day brimming with exploration and cultural insights. Return to our hotel for an evening at leisure.

Day 5 | Sunday, April 6 (B/L)
UBUD
Embark on a spiritual journey as we journey to the sacred Tirta Empul Temple for a transformative water purification ceremony, cleansing the body and soul in the holy springs. Continue to the breathtaking rice terraces in Telgallalang, a testament to Bali’s agricultural heritage. Later visit the ancient Monkey Forest, where playful primates and ancient temples intertwine in a mesmerizing natural sanctuary. Enjoy an evening at leisure back at our hotel.

Day 6 | Monday, April 7 (B/L)

Today we explore the world of artisan craftsmanship with a private tour at John Hardy Jewellery. Here we’ll witness artisans handcrafting exquisite pieces. Later, savour the warmth of Balinese hospitality with a delightful lunch of authentic flavours shared with a local family. Choose an evening at leisure or join our Broad Escapes Group Leader at the lively Laughing Buddha Bar, where live entertainment sets the stage for an evening of laughter and relaxation.

Day 7 | Tuesday, April 8 (B/D)
UBUD
Embrace a day at leisure in Ubud. Rejuvenate your body and mind with a relaxing spa session or invigorating yoga class. Unleash your creativity with an art class, wander through the charming streets of Ubud, immersing yourself in its vibrant culture and eclectic shops, or embark on a bird-watching adventure amidst the lush surroundings. For a serene experience, take a leisurely walk through the picturesque rice fields, soaking in the tranquility of nature, or simply relax by the pool with a good book. The day is yours to enjoy! This evening, reconvene with fellow BE travellers for a group dinner to celebrate our final night in Ubud.

Day 8 | Wednesday, April 9 (B/D)
UBUD – LOVINA
Today we bid farewell to Ubud and travel to Lovina, indulging in a full day of exploration along the way. Our first stop takes us to Jungle Gold for a tour of the factory and delectable chocolate tasting. Stop in Budugal Village with free time for lunch to enjoy the panoramic views of the rice terraces. Dive into the hustle and bustle of the Candi Kuning markets, honing your bargaining skills for unique handicrafts and souvenirs. Continue to the serene Ulun Danu Temple on Lake Beratan, where we’ll wander through the enchanting botanical gardens, immersing ourselves in the natural beauty of Bali’s highlands prior to arriving in Lovina, our home for the next 3 nights.

Day 9 | Thursday, April 10 (B/L)
LOVINA – MENJANGAN ISLAND – LOVINA
We set out this morning for a full day snorkeling adventure to Menjangan Island. Renowned as one of Bali’s premier snorkeling destinations, here we’ll explore the vibrant underwater world teeming with marine life and marvel at the kaleidoscopic coral reefs and exotic fish species. Enjoy a delicious lunch on the island and later return to the hotel to unwind and relax at your leisure, reflecting on the day’s incredible experiences.

Day 10 | Friday, April 11 (B/D)
LOVINA
Begin the day with a tranquil sunrise fishing boat tour, where we’ll witness the dawn’s first light and with luck on our side, we may even see dolphins. Return to our hotel for breakfast and enjoy a day at leisure at your own pace. Whether it’s lounging on the beach, discovering local markets, or indulging in rejuvenating spa treatments, the day is yours to enjoy. Later, gather on the beach for a magical sunset and delightful dinner.

Day 11 | Saturday, April 12 (B/L)
LOVINA – CANDI DASA
Enjoy a picturesque journey as we continue to Candi Dasa. Pause for a delightful lunch at a café nestled in Kintamani village, offering panoramic views of the serene lake and majestic volcano towering in the distance. Continue with a visit to the awe-inspiring Besakih Temple, often referred to as the Mother Temple, a sacred site steeped in spiritual significance. Upon arrival in Candi Dasa, settle into our hotel for a two-night stay.
